Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your PocketLoya account and the personal data tied to it at any time. Here's how.

Delete it yourself in the app

The fastest way is right inside the app — it takes effect immediately.

  1. 1Open the PocketLoya app and sign in.
  2. 2Open the menu, then tap Settings.
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
  4. 4Confirm. Your account and data are erased right away.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in, submit a deletion request below and our team will process it. Enter the phone number on the account so we can find and erase it.

We'll email you to confirm once your account has been deleted.

What gets deleted

  • •Your profile — phone number, name, city and preferences
  • •Your chats, questions and AI conversation history
  • •Saved documents, matters and reminders
  • •Referral records and your remaining LEX balance
  • •Device and notification tokens

What we may keep

We retain a minimal record of completed purchases and payment transactions where the law requires it (e.g. tax and accounting), anonymised or pseudonymised where possible. This data is not used to re-identify you.

Requests submitted here are actioned within 30 days. In-app deletion is immediate.
